USED to Love this game

Ive revised my review as I have reported a problem which has not been fixed, and is stopping me from playing at all.

The taxi mode started freezing the game on my iPad4. since all my cars were rented, I couldnt play anymore.

Support was useless.

No iCloud either, so re-installing made me lose all my progress (5 zones opened).
